Assessment
This is a real product solving a real problem. EIP-7702 dust sweeping is a legitimate use case (DustSweeper.xyz was a popular predecessor, now deprecated in favor of 7702-based solutions). The infrastructure is live, well-documented, and properly structured for agent interoperability.
